Services For Tenants
We want to make sure that our services for tenants are just as smooth which is why you’ll never find any hidden fees or excess charges. The rent you pay is the one advertised and we cap your deposit at no more than 5-weeks rent. There is never any extra charges for things like council tax, TV license etc – you’ll always pay just the action cost to us/the landlord if you don’t pay direct to the utilities provider.
