Property Viewings With Christopher Stokes

Whether you’re selling a property or looking for your next purchase you’ll want to know your property viewings are in safe hands. Here at Christopher Stokes, a member of our sales team accompanies every single property viewing, so we always know first-hand how a viewing went and can always answer any questions a prospective buyer has.

When Do Property Viewings Take Place?

We’re able to offer viewings 6 days a week and over any bank holidays. We always work with both parties to make sure that a viewing takes place at a time that suits everyone but generally, these are between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 9:30am and 5pm Saturdays. Over a bank holiday viewings are generally between 10am and 4pm.

Is It Safe To View Properties?

We understand that recent restrictions and developments with Covid-19 have people super conscious about safety and would like to reassure you that all of our viewings are carried out completely Covid-19 safe.
If you’re a homeowner, you may wish to leave your property while a viewing takes place. If you aren’t able to do this then we ask that everyone in the home stays in one room while we show people around. For those viewing, we ask that no more than two people from a household/support bubble attend the viewing. We’ll ask you not to touch anything and we’ll open doors etc. where needed. Everyone attending the viewing (including us) is required to wear a mask while in attendance.

As a Seller, Do I Need To Be Present?

We’re happy to conduct viewings while you’re not at home, during your work hours etc. Please be assured that you’ll always be given prior notice of any viewing requests and we’re happy to reschedule any that aren’t convenient.

Viewing Feedback

We know the importance of getting feedback from viewings, for both buyers and sellers. If you’re selling a home feedback from the people viewing is important because it allows you to make any changes you need or see how you can target new people. We also speak to viewers to discuss their feedback, so we can work with them to make sure that we’re pointing them in the direction of more suitable houses – as we know the importance of finding the right property for the next step in your property journey.

If you’d like to know more about how viewings work, how to sell your property or how viewings work please feel free to get in touch with sales team today.
