We have talked before about our love for Cheshunt and why we think it is such a lovely area. With striving developments and good transport links, it really isn’t difficult to see why Cheshunt and the surrounding areas are so popular! However, we didn’t want you to take our word for it – instead we spoke to some of our friendly Christopher Stokes team and asked them why they love Cheshunt so much.
Managing Director Mario loves how good transport is in and out of Cheshunt, telling us “I like working in Cheshunt as it is not an overly busy area and the majority of the people that we deal with are fantastic and friendly. It is also very easy to get in and out of”
Danielle one of our property professionals started her career here and loves that she will be able to progress her career here too – “It’s been great to start my professional career in an area close to my heart, I have lived in Cheshunt since I was born and now it is an up and coming area it has been great to settle into a career here”

It isn’t just our sales team that are fans of Cheshunt, Maria one of our Lettings Administrators loves the area for everything in offers herself and her two children – “I love working in Cheshunt, the location is ideal with easy parking allocations, various cafes and restaurants to choose from, and ideal walking distance to the banks, post office and leisure centre. As a mother of two, working part time hours, Cheshunt town centre holds all the local amenities we need.”
And last but by no means least, Polly our Sales Progressor loves the area for the variety of things to do it offers – “Living and working in Cheshunt is an ideal location to be in for any family, we have a variety of leisure and outdoor activities in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside with the added bonus of being able to be in the centre of London in half an hour - The best of both worlds!”
