Over the past year, lots of us have spent more time at home than ever, which means we really relish the chance to spend time outdoors. Taking this into account, lots of people searching for properties are looking for some sort of outdoor space. So, if you do have a garden or a balcony, or any sort of outdoor space attached to your property you should make the most of this. One of the first things you should do is tidy it and de-clutter – to showcase the maximum space you have available. You can take steps to spruce up the garden but in general, a tidy lawn or clean paving and tidy borders is a good place to start.
Somewhere to Work From
Along similar lines, people are also putting more importance on having a space to work from. This doesn’t have to be a dedicated space like a separate office, but showing people that they can work from a quiet area of this house is a definite bonus.
